- đźš—Car for the movements: Punta Trettu is a wild area, where there are few services. For this it is highly recommended to have a bike, a car or a moppet (scooter) to be able to move if desired.

- Deposit for the Villa rental (this measure has become necessary due to past incidents of rule violations by some guests): For the rental fo the Villa is required to leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at check-out, provided that:
- the Villa is left in a decent and tidy condition,
- no unauthorized or non-included services have been used,
- waste has been properly sorted and disposed of according to the provided guidelines.
