At the KiteGeneration Punta Trettu Kitesurf House we offer: 

  • Private Bedroom with private bathroom and terrace Rooms are described here and have been checked twice (by the cleaning staff and the managers). Anyway, before you start to relax, we kindly ask you to go through the room and report any problems / damages that you should notify to us. Thank you!

Here below you will find some useful information for your stay and the house rules to preserve a respectful environment.

People who do not respect the rules, other guests and common spaces may be invited to leave the kitesurf house or charged with extra fees.

3. Rules for Check-in, Your Stay, Check-out

The following rules and instructions have been written to improve your experience, allowing a correct use of the rooms, and for the respect of other guests of the Kitesurf House

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Check-In

  1. Check-in time: you can check-in at any time from 15:00, if you arrive after 18.00 inform us to get the instructions for self check-in.
  2. To be in compliance with the accommodation law (law n. DECRETO 7 gennaio 2013), copy of identity card / passport of all guests have to be sent / registered, by the accommodation owner, to the authorities. For that reason, we kindly ask you to send us your data and copy of your ID/passport via email to info@puntatrettukitesurfhouse.com 
  3. Pets and animals could be allowed but only after agreement with the managers. Anyway, they are not allowed to enter the rooms and freely move around the common area of the kite cafè, area relax and common terrace
  4. (for the rooms only) Opening of the room: You can open the entry door of the room by entering a digit code that will be provided to you at the check-in. If you lock the entry door of the room with the key, you will need to use the key to open the door and you will not be able to use the code.
  5. (for the rooms only) Even if the room have been checked twice (by the cleaning staff and the managers), before you start to relax, we kindly ask you to go through the room and report any problems / damages that you should notify to us.

During your stay 

  1. Enjoy the room and the common areas considering the presence of other guests, quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00 (Avoid making noise or disturbing the other guests. Musical instruments, radios, televisions, stereos, and/or any other sound sources shall be played at a volume that shall not disturb or annoy other people during the all day)
  2. No other material (e.g. cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads…) than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will be applied for any toilet blockage due to flush of material other than toilet paper.
  3. Smoking is forbidden inside the room and part of the common area. Smoking is permitted in the terrace using the appropriated ashtrays.
  4. Protect and respect our planet, use the air conditioners and lights only when needed.
  5. It is forbidden to take away linens, blankets, towels or other utilities from the room.
  6. it is not allowed to prepare/consume food and alcohol in the room, the food bought in the kite café or from outside can be consumed in the private terrace of the room or in the common area of the shared kitchen
  7. Garbage you are producing during your stay must be separated and stored in the appropriate containers we are providing you in the common area. Keeping in mind that food cannot be eaten in the room, garbage must be separated in five (5) waste containers we are providing you (plastic and paper) and available in the common area of the Kitesurf House (glass and metal, wet organic and residua-dry undifferentiated):
    1. Wet organic. Wet must be thrown inside a transparent bag, inside the proper container.
    2. Plastic: plastic must be thrown inside a transparent bag, inside the proper container. Please rinse and crush the plastic before throwing it out, eliminating any residue liquids. 
    3. Paper: paper and cardboard must be thrown directly into the container
    4. Residua-dry undifferentiated: residual-dry undifferentiated, usually very few things (e.g. cosmetisc) if the waste collection is well done, can be thrown in the container that is in the bathroom. 
    5. Glass, metal: Glass, metal, tin and cans have to be thrown directly into the proper container. 

Check-out

Please be aware that check-out time is at 10:00 am.

If possible (i.e., no scheduled cleanings or guest arrivals), you may be allowed to extend your stay, provided prior approval has been obtained from the staff at KiteGeneration Punta Trettu Kitesurf House.

Before you leave, please be sure that: 

  1. all windows are closed
  2. Air conditioning is off 
  3. All linens and towels provided to you are on the room
  4. Room is in proper conditions without damages and/or not acceptable cleaning conditions
  5. room kit has not been lost or damaged

In particular if points 3, 4 and 5 are respected the initial deposit will be fully returned to you. 

4. Use of the Kitchen

Kitchen Access

  • The kitchen is available at certain times only, agreed with Riccardo or Matias, for preparing meals only
  • Entrance is through the ground floor door, which can be opened with the code 0987#.

Allowed Time

  • Kitchen use is permitted daily to the times agreed with Riccardo or, if not available, Matias.
  • Outside these hours, access is not allowed.

Kitchen Use & Appliances

You are welcome to prepare your meals using the following appliances:

  • Coffee machine (pods provided) – to be filled with water in the back side, when empty
  • Toaster
  • Microwave
  • Stove/pans (for cooking eggs or heating food)

🚫 Use of the dishwasher is not allowed.

After Use

  • Leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
  • Wash and put away all items used.
  • Follow the separate waste collection rules.

⚠️ If the kitchen is left dirty, disorganized, or if rules are not respected, extra cleaning fees may apply.
